We have been challenged during most of 2013 to live in and learn about the culture and language of an interesting country in a region of Eurasia. This year we will spend Christmas with the 14 men and women who also came this year to live and do translation. Our job is to support them in their work and personal lives in whatever way we can. Naturally we will miss our family at home but being here with them is an experience we cherish.
We returned two weeks ago from a home trip over Thanksgiving. That is mentioned in the Newsletter/Christmas Letter below. We also enjoyed stopovers in Istanbul, Amsterdam and Munich during our out and back travels. We will post photos etc on Our Blog in a few days.
